Venessa Wong

Biography

Vanessa is in her final semester of her Bachelor of Communications, majoring in Cinema Studies. She is an Australian exchange student from RMIT, Melbourne.  With a passion for filmmaking, documentary and writing for comedy, Vanessa hopes to create work that allows people to see themselves, and also have a laugh. Her main skills are in camera operation, post production and writing, but in her spare time she enjoys playing ukulele, abstract painting and starting books she may never finish. Vanessa is excited by chats about inclusivity and equality, and hopes one day that kindness can be seen as a strength.
